First confirm the steps on this article "How do I change my Dashboard on the Fitbit app for iOS", which has instructions to hide/show the tiles. If that doesn't work, please try to log out from the Fitbit app and log back in. If the tiles still missing, let's go ahead and uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app from your iPhone.
