Not showing correct Zone Level

Is anyone having problems with Inspire 2 with the 4.06 update not showing the correct  Zone level after a work out? I hate the new format that you can no longer see zone levels achieved in a visual.  I also think it’s miscounting my steps.  Thanks!

BTW I have no idea what the “Lanel” is Charge??

It's good to see you participating in the community @Tgirl34.

Thank you for sharing the details regarding active zone minutes. I'm sorry for the inconvenience that you are experiencing with it. I've moved your post to the iOS board as there are more chances to get related replies here.

I'd recommend the following steps:

  1. Remove your Inspire 2 from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  3. Force stop the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  5. Pull down on the screen to force a manual sync and check your details.

In the new version of the app, you can look for the Active Zone Minutes tile scrolling up or on the Today Tab.
