Not showing weight decrease in app

Why doesn’t the weight loss in kg show when the app is updated after a weigh in with aria?? It always shows —kg with no figures.

I have only see it once flash up before never showing again.

It would be nice to see the value without having to go back to the aria and manually check the weight increase/decrease. It would be encouraging just to see the decrease come up on the app main screen.

I would appreciate the answer on how I can rectify this.

@SunsetRunner, thanks for your input in regards of this situation. @Biervrouw, at this moment I would like to gather some more information about your issue. Please reply to me with the following:

• OS version your iPhone 6S is currently running.
• App version (go to Account > Help to get it)
• Have you checked your weight information on the online Dashboard to verify that your information is correct?
• Have you force-closed the app by double tapping the home button on your phone, swiping up the app and open it again?

Additionally, some screenshots will also be helpful for me to check this further. Thanks for your patience, I'll be waiting for your reply.
