Error message 18 when trying to update charge HR

I tried updating my Charge HR last night but keep getting Error message 18. The update got half way before stopping, now i cant use it. How do i get the update to continue

This is a known bug at the moment. Have a look at the following thread that has the latest updates from fitbit and a few things to try to get round the problem:
