Not syncing & wrong time (V102 error code)

Fitbit showing wrong time and not syncing. Fitbit shows v102 error. Tried logging out of app and back in & still won't work. How do I fix this?

V102 isn't an error, it's the version of the firmware of your ChargeHR.

It's nice to see new faces around @Jrmason76! Welcome my friend! Woman WinkFirst, I'd suggest you update your tracker's firmware to the latest version and then follow the steps provided in this post.
