Getting very frustrated with my charge HR. I was brought this for Xmas and right now it's only use is to alert me when someone it phoning me! It hasn't synced since the 8 February and has been showing the incorrect time for 5 days now. I have have checked that my iOS and fit bit app is up to date. I have also deleted app and reinstalled it. Also unpaired and paired it again. Quite disappointed with the product. Esp as it seems to need charging every 3 days. I did want the garmin vivosmart but my husband brought me this for Xmas as he already had one and likes his. I have emailed and have not received a reply so have no idea what else to do! Frustrated. These are not cheap products so expected better than this.

I am also having this issue. Just replying just so they are aware that not only 1 person is dealing with this annoying crap! I've resettled the tracker multiple time (held button while charging until v102 shows up and clears), then deleted and reinstalled app on my iPhone and added as new device, then I tried syncing to the "dongle" crap on my Mac, also tried syncing on another app. I also went through the live chat and they keep referring me to the articles with "what's wrong with my charge hr". Then I tweet them and they give me a case number. My very last option is to call the hotline, but I'm sure they'll say the same diagnostics. It is so annoying, this has been going for days. My Fitbit hasn't even been 2 months old!!!

Very welcome to the Community @Jayg510 and also thanks for sharing your information with us. Fitbit engineers are working on a resolution and hope to have this available soon and like you said this is a temporary workaround and if you already contacted Costumer Support, they are going to find a quick solution for you. I used to have the same issue and my Charge HR is working already Smiley Wink

I am having the same issue. After calling tech support several times and being hung up on (they can't hear me for some reason) I'm very frustrated. My other problem is my charge only lasts 2-3 days.

@Mizmona and I seem to have twin devices.  My device is not syncing, the time is off (but only by about 15 minutes), and the charge is not lasting more than 2-3 days

I'm having the same problem with incorrect time, not holding a charge and not syncing.  My FitBit was a Christmas gift and I'm about ready to run over it with my car.  It's not worth the irritations and I can't keep trying to get it to work using all the suggested fixes that don't solve the problem -- I don't have the time!!!

Thanks for join us @fiberlindaCat Embarassed Make sure you are running the latest version of the Fitbit app and also the latest firmware version on your tracker. However, if the issue persist I recommend Contact Costumer Support, they will be more than happy to get you back on track.

A question ... Are you syncing to a computer or to your iPhone? I ask because I sync to my iPhone and when I ran into this problem a while back, here is what worked for me:
- Delete the Fitbit app from the iPhone
- Restart the iPhone. Power it off completely. Wait a few minutes then restart it and reinstall the Fitbit app.

That worked for me. Good luck!
