Hey @007280yms is great to have you here and welcome to the Community! Try the following steps to correct the time on your Charge HR:
- Make sure you have the correct Time Zone on your Dashboard
1. Restart your tracker
2. Update your tracker to the latest version on your Computer
3. Set up your Charge HR as a new Fitbit device

1. Open the Fitbit App and log out
2. Turn off the Bluetooth and also your cellphone
3. Restart your tracker
4. Turn On your cellphone and also the Bluetooth
5. Finally, set up your tracker as a new Fitbit device.

Very welcome to the Community @Jayg510 and also thanks for sharing your information with us. Fitbit engineers are working on a resolution and hope to have this available soon and like you said this is a temporary workaround and if you already contacted Costumer Support, they are going to find a quick solution for you. I used to have the same issue and my Charge HR is working already !

@Mizmona and I seem to have twin devices. My device is not syncing, the time is off (but only by about 15 minutes), and the charge is not lasting more than 2-3 days

Hi @Mizmona and welcome to the Community! If you haven't already tried, I'd recommend the sync troubleshoots listed here, they should help you out!

Hey Guys @Mizmona, @nkindle! In addition to @DerrickS's post let me recommend to restart one more time your tracker, but this time, please Set Up the tracker as a new Fitbit device on your computer and also, @nkindle for the battery issue, take a look on this article: "How do I maximize my tracker's battery life?"

I'm having the same problem with incorrect time, not holding a charge and not syncing. My FitBit was a Christmas gift and I'm about ready to run over it with my car. It's not worth the irritations and I can't keep trying to get it to work using all the suggested fixes that don't solve the problem -- I don't have the time!!!

Thanks for join us @fiberlinda! Make sure you are running the latest version of the Fitbit app and also the latest firmware version on your tracker. However, if the issue persist I recommend Contact Costumer Support, they will be more than happy to get you back on track.
