My Fitbit is not syncing my steps. I ran 8 miles and it vibrated at 5.5 miles but it won't log my steps . I restarted my phone and it still won't log . Please help me troubleshoot

Hi @lydiardz,

Have you tried restarting your tracker?

Also, opening your iOS Bluetooth, turning Bluetooth off for 10 seconds and then turning Bluetooth back on should help too.
