Not tracking run correctly

Help!  On the top is how my runs normally look.  However, within the past week, my FitBit has been tracking my runs as you see on the bottom. They all look similar.  It throws off my pace and (obviously) isn't correct.  I'm in the midst of (slowly) training for my first race, so I'd love to get this fixed.  Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.  I have a Charge 2, iPhone, and I've made zero changes to either in between these two runs.

Thanks so much!

Hello @kevhull, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, unfortunately it seems the screenshots you sent didn't come through. Would it be possible for you to upload them again? That will be very helpful for me. Additionally, I would like to gather some information from you to check this issue further:

  1. Are you using MobileRun or your Charge 2 with connected GPS?
  2. Have you restarted your tracker lately?
  3. Have you restarted your phone lately?

Thanks for your patience and understanding, I'll be waiting for your reply.

Here they are uploaded again - the one on the left is the previous one and the one on the right is what I have lately.

I use the Charge 2 with connected GPS.

I have not restarted the tracker, but will try that tonight.

I have restarted the phone.

Thanks!

It worked properly today!  Perhaps resetting the tracker is all I needed to do.  Thanks.
