Not tracking sleep at all....

New Flex 2.

I have restarted it and my phone (iPhone 7+).  I have turned bluetooth off and back on and restarted my phone.  I have done "forget this device" and re-synced.  I have logged out of the app and back on.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app.  I have done all of the above in various orders and nothing, no sleep tracking at all.

I have read through the forum extensively and nothing seems to work.  All settings on my phone and Fitbit are set correctly.

I had to go to the Flex 2 due to my Charge HR not being able to sync if something else is hooked up to the bluetooth (something is always hooked up to my bluetooth).  (Apparently that's an issue between Fitbit and Apple?)

HELP!  😞

Hello @Moooeymoo, I hope you're doing well. It's great to see you around.

Thank you for letting me know about the steps you've performed so far. In this particular case I would like to suggest the following:

  1. Go to the Device Settings on your online Dashboard.
  2. Scroll down until you see Sleep Tracking.
  3. Change the sensitivity from Normal to Sensitive
  4. Sync your tracker.

If the sensitivity is already on Sensitive, change it to Normal, sync your tracker, change it back to Sensitive and sync your tracker once again. If this doesn't seem to do the trick, my best recommendation would be contacting our Support Team. Let them know about everything you've tried so far, I'm sure they will be happy to get you back on track.

Give it a try and let me know the outcome! Smiley Wink
