I had steps throughout the day until 11p or so, and got 9 active hours, but when I synced it showed no steps after 4p and gave me only 7 active hours. Bummer. No matter what I do (uninstall app, restart phone, etc.), those steps don’t appear. I assume it’s related to the other iOS app issues but didn’t see this problem mentioned. Thanks.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your active hours are not showing correctly in the app Thanks for trying to resolve this, I totally understand how you are feeling and I am here to help. I recommend doing the following:
- Log out of the app.
- Force quit the app and check if it is updated to the latest version by following these steps.
- Restart your phone.
- Log into the Fitbit app and manually sync your device by following the steps in this help article: How do I manually sync my tracker or watch?
