Bought my versa 3 in December 2020 nothing but trouble !!!!!!!’ So Fitbit is updated 2 days ago thought might fix things but no 🤷‍:female_sign: Now I cannot post any progress pictures , cannot comment on anyone’s . Cannot message somebody privately 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 wwh disapeared too what’s going on Fitbit WHY WHY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi @Nickyb56 not sure what is happening, however all your complaints are with the fitbit app on your phone, and not the Versa 3. May I ask what phone you are asking for help with?

Mine is I phone 11 , bought it in December all wad ok till January then continuously I have issues , thought was to do with Fitbit app and watch

You say fitbit was updated, was this the fitbit app or the Versa 3?
