It won't track my steps, I tried turning on my location and it still didn't work. I'm new to this so am I doing something wrong?

 

I'm using a IPhone 5s

Sorry to hear this, @Kristina_Drew. Which Fitbit device do you have? What are you syncing it to? ... a Mac? An iPhone? Which one? The more info we have, the better chance we have of offering the right advice.
