Notification Screen missing in iPhone App

I’m no longer getting APP notifications via my iPhone.  When I navigate through Notifications - APP notifications, the screen has no apps listed (ie What’s App, Bankng etc).  I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it many times but the page remains empty.  Any thoughts?
