I have been unable to access the notifications on my app for my versa 2 and I have made sure it’s up to date and refreshed the app. I want to turn my text and calls back on for my iPhone because I turned them off before.

Hi there, @Scootybop13 and @kellymreid83. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue in the notification menu within the Fitbit app before reaching out.

Please make sure that your Fitbit app is running version 3.39.2. Click here to be redirected to the iOS App Store to update if you haven't already

In the meantime I'd suggest you to try syncing your watch to make sure all your data is saved and then proceed with uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app. Now, you can go ahead and try to set up your notifications. For more information, see How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

I've moved your post to the iOS App board for organization purposes.

Hope that helps.

I am also having this issue. I select the notifications option and nothing happens. I can’t get the notifications section to open so I can select which apps I want to show notifications on my Fitbit. It highlights and never opens.
