Notification menu option not opening in the Fitbit app

Good morning!

I have an iPhone, and in the app, I’m unable to open the notifications tab under my Sense. All other options are clickable and will open up, but not the Notifications. I’ve deleted and repaired my Sense, turned off Bluetooth settings and turned them back on.

Any other options to try and see for a fix?

Thanks for any assistance!

@SJaskula Welcome to the Community Forums! Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with the notification menu in the Fitbit app before reaching out.

Please make sure that your Fitbit app is running version 3.39.2. Click here to be redirected to the iOS App Store to update if you haven't already

In the meantime I'd suggest you to try syncing your watch to make sure all your data is saved and then proceed with uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app. Now, you can go ahead and try to set up your notifications. For more information, see How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

I've moved your post to the iOS App board for organization purposes.
