I’ve recently set up my new versa 2. When I click my device on the fitbit app, and click “notifications” the menu will not open. Everything else is syncing between my phone and versa 2. I’ve tried the following to no avail...
1) forgetting device from phone and then repairing it.
2) turning Bluetooth off and on
3) turning “share system notifications” on and off
4) shutting down and restarting device
5) turning phone off and on
not sure what else to do to make sure message notifications appear on the watch?

Hi there @Npaulie @AndyWong343, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the sharing the details about the issue with the Fitbit app and for already trying to troubleshoot it.
As a last resource, please try syncing your watches to make sure all your data is saved and then proceed with uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app. Now, you can go ahead and set up your notifications. For more information, see How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
I've moved this thread to iOS App for organization purposes.
Hope that helps!

Thank you. I deleted the Fitbit app, restarted both my Fitbit and my phone, reinstalled the app and it works now!
