Notification menu won't open in the Fitbit app

Hey y'all.

I just purchased a Versa 3 (upgrading from a Charge 2, so big jump) - and I want to get additional notifications on my Versa aside from just phone calls and texts. Everything I'm reading says to go to the Fitbit app > Select Versa 3 > Tap Notifications. However, nothing happens at all when I tap notifications. I've tried restarting the Versa, my phone, resyncing Bluetooth, force closing the app, just about everything under the sun but it doesn't work no matter what I try.

Specifically, I want to see Discord notifications if I can, and it would be cool to see notifications from my banking/credit apps also.

Thanks!

Update: I should probably mention I have an iPhone X, just upgraded to 14.4.1 this morning in the hopes that might help out.

Hi there, @redmancm. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the issue with your Fitbit app and for trying to troubleshoot this issue before reaching out.

Please make sure that your Fitbit app is running version 3.39.2. Click here to be redirected to the iOS App Store to update if you haven't already

In the meantime I'd suggest you to try syncing your watch to make sure all your data is saved and then proceed with uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app. Now, you can go ahead and try to set up your notifications. For more information, see How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

I've moved your post to the iOS App board for organization purposes.

Hope that helps.
