About to take a hammer to this piece of garbage
My wife and I each got Versa 2s for Christmas. Hers generally works, mine never does. I’ve deleted it off my iPhones bluetooth, deleted it from my Fitbit app, rebooted my Fitbit, re-added it to everything and nothing.
It worked fine for awhile and then randomly decides it doesn’t feel like working.
What else can I try?

Hi there @Mrjangles @Nic8876, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with the Fitbit app. We‘re taking into consideration your comments and sentiments with regards to our products and services.
Our team has just informed us some users have experienced this situation with the Fitbit app after upgrading to version 3.39. Note our team is working to have it resolved as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and sorry for any inconvenience this could have caused.
In the meantime I'd suggest you to try syncing your watch to make sure all your data is saved and then proceed with uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app. Now, you can go ahead and try to set up your notifications. For more information, see How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
I've moved this thread to iOS App for organization purposes.

I got my versa 2 in September last year, and my notifications have stopped too. I can’t even click on the notifications tab in the settings for my versa 2, it won’t go into it. It’s very frustrating!
