I don’t know why, but when ever I tap on “Notifications” for my Fitbit on my mobile app, It doesn’t open. Any Solutions?
Note: I use iOS

If you haven't done it please uninstall/reinstall the Fitbit app.
Whether this doesn't help, please confirm that you are having difficulties when you tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image > Notifications.
- Does it show any error message?
- Is Notifications grayed out/inactive?
If possible please attach a screen shot for further investigation.

To try to resolve the issue, please do the following:
- Log out from the Fitbit app
- Reboot your iPhone
- Log back into the Fitbit app
I moved this thread to the iOS App board because it is more related to the topic.

I’m having the same issue! These notifications are very important to me, I really hope Fitbit fixes this soon! It’s been days already!

Hi,
Is this fixed yet? It is highly frustrating. The notifications option just doesn't open at all.
I've tried everything to fix it on my end so I'm hoping that the development team has a solution. Will there be another new app update to solve this or will it not require that. Could you maybe add an option to turn it off from the web app?
Looking forward to getting back on track.
