Hi there. To clarify, the existing notifications on my ionic is working. I have a new app on my phone, with notification, that I want to push to my ionic. I go into the Fitbit app, my ionic and the “notification” section which is where the setup is. Pressing this button I get no response from the app - the app does nothing. Can you advise what is wrong and how I can fix it? I think it’s a bug with the Fitbit app.

Hi there. I believe this was a bug. A new app update came out yesterday - 3.41.1. After updating to this, it’s started working.

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I appreciate your efforts and recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app.
