Notifications are not coming through my Sense after the iOS 15 update

My Fitbit sense stopped receiving all notifications after updating my iPhone to iOS 15. I have tried everything possible to get it working again. Rebooting the sense, uninstalling it from my phone then reinstalling it, taking it off Bluetooth then adding it again! You name it, I’ve done it…. Is there another Fitbit sense update to fix these issues coming soon?

Hi, @NeeNeeV , welcome to the community, I'm not familiar with Apple products but note there does not seem to be a widespread similar complaint about notifications. I suggest you check you have the latest app, review your app settings and ensure all the app permissions are allowed on your phone. In particular, ensure any phone battery-saving functions are disabled for the Fitbit app.

Cheers

I’m having the same problem. I used to get alerts on my FitBit of calls and text. But since updating to IOS 15, nothing!!  The DO NOT DISTURB keeps turning on on my Fitbit. I turn it off, when my device syncs, it’s back on again!!

Hi, @Nicci72, welcome to the community, check out settings>quiet modes>sleep mode>schedule mode. You may have inadvertently set up an active timetable.

Cheers

Were you able to resolve this issue? I’m having the same trouble with my sense Fitbit and I’m just wondering if something you tried worked. Thanks for your time
