Notifications are not coming through my Versa 3

Keep having to reboot watch and reset Bluetooth every morning to get notifications. Bit of a pain.

@falconwood and @Jaybatima1 Thanks for letting me know about your Versa 3 and the steps tried. I'm sorry you're having this inconvenience and just to confirm, could you check if the Sleep Mode or DND aren't turned on? I'm asking this as your watch won't be able to receive any type of alerts or notifications if these settings are enabled. For more details, see this help article.

If the issue persists afterward, please try reconnecting your watch to the Fitbit app by doing the following:

  1. Forget your Versa 3 from the Bluetooth settings and turn off other Bluetooth connections nearby.
  2. Check if the Fitbit app is updated.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your iPhone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  5. Select your Versa 3, tap Replace Device and follow the on-screen instructions.
  6. Set up the notifications one more time.
