I got a new iPhone 7 and my surge will not notify me when calls or texts come in. It is synced to the new phone.

Hello @4thgrade4ever, I hope you're having a great day, it's great to see you around the Community! Smiley Happy

Do you still have you old phone at hand? It is possible that your Surge is still paired to it, which might explain why it's not receiving Notifications from your new phone.

If you don't have your old phone at hand, I would like to suggest going to the Settings on your new phone then tap on Notifications > Fitbit and make sure the following is enabled:

  • Allow Notifications
  • Show in Notification Center
  • Show on Lock Screen.

Additionally, make sure Notifications are on on your Surge by going to Settings, in here you'll be able to see if Notifications are on or off.

If this is not the case, let's restart Notifications on the device of your choice:

  1. Go to the Bluetooth devices on both your iPhone and iPad and check if Charge 2 is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget Device
  2. Restart the device that's going to be connected to your tracker.
  3. Open the Fitbit app, tap on Account > Charge 2 > Notifications and enable them once again.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink

Be sure on your iPhone you have "Allow in notification. Once this is on it should work.
