Notifications no longer working! Versa 2

I’m on iPhone and IOS 13, my notifications were working fine up until I installed the software update for my Versa, now I no longer get alerts or vibrations on my Fitbit! Is this happening for anyone else? 

I’ve already tried:

• rebooting the Versa and my phone

• disconnecting and reconnecting Bluetooth 

• checked do not disturb is off/night mode is off 

• checked notifications under Fitbit app

Notifications issues is a known issue at this time since the newest iOS Update. Fitbit is currently working on the issue and will hopefully fix the issue soon.
