If Notifications on your iPhone 5 are not working; first, make sure your phone is running at least iOS 8, as it's necessary for the phone to send the notifications to your tracker. You can check this by going to Settings > General > About and scroll down until you see Version. If the version is 7 or less, please update your phone.

If the version is 8 or higher, let's restart Notifications on your phone by following these steps:

  1. Restart your Alta
  2. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
  3. Restart your phone
  4. Open the Fitbit app > Account > Your Tracker > Notifications and enable Notifications once again.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink
