Hi @Nam71429. It's nice to see you here again.

Thanks for letting me know about your Flex 2, and I'm sorry that it's not receiving notifications. You did a good job with the steps suggested by our team, and let me help you out. As you may know there are some factors that may prevent your device from connecting with the Fitbit app to receive notifications. For this reason, please make sure of the following:

  • The software on your iPhone is up to date. To check, tap Settings > General > Software Update.
  • Your Fitbit device and phone are within 20 feet.
  • To avoid any interference, turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
  • If you use more than one device to sync, make sure the other device isn't nearby.

If those conditions are met, I'd recommend to try the following steps:

  1. Remove your Flex 2 from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Go to your phone's settings, tap on Notifications > messages and enable all the options under "Alerts".
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app an reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, tap the profile's icon > Flex 2 image > Sync now.
  5. Then tap on Notifications and when prompted, proceed to pair via Bluetooth.

I'll be around, so let me know how everything goes.
