Notifications not working on Inspire HR

I am extremely disappointed in Fitbit. I have had two cases open with customer service and called multiple times before. It’s like putting a square peg in a round hole!!!! My charge 2 stopped getting notifications so I bought a new Inspire HR. Still no luck. It’s beyond frustrating and I try to be polite and go through the same steps with customer service, which I do on my own also.  But no surprise it doesn’t work.  What a waste of money.  Don’t buy a Fitbit you can have mine. They are falsely advertising notifications!!!  All the time spent on the phone beating a dead horse is time I will never get back, I could have been getting some steps in. This has been going on for way too long.

I’m sorry you’re continuing to have notification issues. I do understand your frustration. Have you tried all the steps listed here on page 1 of this thread: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/iOS-App/Stopped-seeing-notifications-after-updating-to-iOS-13/td-p/3...

Please try all these steps carefully. Do not omit any steps. I hope you find a resolution in doing this.

Thank you for taking the time to list all the steps. Same steps already done, same steps I keep doing. It is not working. Fitbit could be honest and just say we will let you know when your Fitbit will work as advertised or you can keep doing the listed steps day after day until you want to throw your said Fitbit out the window.

Again I understand your frustration but I only know what is posted in the thread I provided you in my first post. When new information is available it will be posted there and when it is posted is when I too will learn any of any updates. I did notice that the moderator edited the original post on page 1 yesterday. Maybe something has changed a bit and it’s worth trying all the steps again.

I’m sorry I can’t be any more help.
