I understand how much you like this feature and let me help you with this matter. Just to confirm, since you mentioned that this started after the update, do you refer to have updated your OS to 13? I'm asking this as our team has been informed that some of our members aren't receiving notifications after that update. While there're looking for a solution, I'd recommend to check this thread and try the suggested steps which worked for others. Also, make sure to keep the Fitbit app updated to the latest version.
