Notifications not working

I’m using a Charge 2 and have an iPhone SE running iOS 11.2.1. Notifications aren’t sending to my tracker. I’ve unpaired the Charge from Bluetooth settings and reconnected through the Fitbit app. I’ve restarted both the phone and the tracker - no dice. What else can I try?

Otherwise I’m having no issues with my Fitbit connecting to my phone. No issues syncing steps, HR, or sleep.

Same, except my phone, is a Samsung S7.  When I first bought my Charge 2, the notifications worked fine.  I noticed after a couple of weeks, they stopped.  Then about a week ago, I woke up to my phone telling me I needed to do a restart because my Fitbit installed a fix to the notifications.  I did the restart, and my Charge is still not receiving notifications.  Would love to know what to do to get it fixed!

I have the same phone but my steps aren’t all showing on my phone in comparison Theo my Charge 2. Also it’s not picking up any walking I’m doing as exercise
