Hi all,
ive seen other users with the same issue and I still can’t get anything to work even by following the steps recommended in other posts.
Mt fitbit won’t receive notifications from my iPhone like WhatsApp messages, Facebook, texts etc and I’ve made sure all my notifications are turned on. I’ve deleted my device from Bluetooth settings and paired again, I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled, I’ve tried everything I can think of and still no notifications to my Fitbit.
Moderator edit: updated subject for clarity

Hi @Sophhhh. It's nice to have you on board!
I'm sorry that the notifications aren't working on your Fitbit device. Thanks for your efforts while trying some steps prior posting. I understand how you're feeling and let me help you with this. May I know the model of your Fitbit device? Also, is your iPhone's OS version updated to the latest version?
While you've tried troubleshooting your Fitbit device, please give a try to the following steps:
- Remove any device that appears in the Bluetooth settings.
- Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
- If applicable, check if the notifications are enabled in your Fitbit device.
- Open the Fitbit app, tap the Account icon > setup a device.
- Choose your Fitbit device and replace it. Follow the onscreen instructions.
- When prompted, pair your Fitbit device with your phone's Bluetooth.
Keep me posted!

Thank you for getting back to me.
I’ve managed to sort it out myself without using the options you suggested
but I appreciate the time you’ve taken to respond and be helpful.
Hope you have a nice day.
