Notifications not working

I updated to ios13. I’ve followed all the steps in the help article. I just want call & SMS message notifications back on my Blaze. Without them I’ve lost half the point of having a Fitbit. Anyone got any ideas?

As you may be aware notifications are currently a known issue. Be sure to view page one of the thread to view instructions that may assist you given by a Fitbit Moderator. Any and all information can be found there. I’m sorry I can’t be any more help then that.

Thank you. I appreciate you replying. I am just astonished that several weeks later Fitbit haven’t fixed it yet. Does anyone know if they are working on a fix and when it might be ready?

I feel the same way you do.  After the update I no longer got text messages to my Charge 2 and it sucks because now I have to turn on  my phone ringer so I’ll know when I get a message.  Such an inconvenience

Hello again @AntoniaB and thank you for joining the conversation @Jfufau. To answer your question I’m sure they are indeed working on it. I honestly have no idea when this fix will come. I’m sure they don’t want everyone upset that their notifications are not functioning properly. I really wish I had a better answer for both of you but I know only what is posted on this thread here: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/iOS-App/Stopped-seeing-notifications-after-updating-to-iOS-13/td-p/3... If any thing becomes updated it would be posted there.
