Wow! Everybody!!! I think I fixed it.
FIRST do everything the link provided by the ‘find help here’ for iso update notifications issue.
and then do this final step
-go back to your systems app on the iPhone
-go to Bluetooth
-select your fitbit, another window opens and you choose to ‘forget this device’.
-close bluetooth window and then reopen it. Your fitbit will resync and select your fitbit and choose ‘share systems notifications’ again
this allowed me to select ‘allday sync’ on the fitbit app
-then go and choose what notifications you want the fitbit to have.
OMG so Happy!!!
this should help!!! I will see how it goes throughout today and let you all know 🙂

I rebooted watch (fitbit inspire HR),

fitbit please fix this! The notifications were an awesome function
