Versa 2 Notifications

Like many have already posted, my Versa 2 wont show all notifications. I upgraded from a charge 2 and in the last month or 2, I experienced the same issues with the charge 2.

 

I was super excited about my upgrade to the Versa 2, but now filled with regret.  I was not expecting to have so many technical difficulties. Most calls come through, but all other notifications are hit or miss..besides the texts and calendar notifications, which have not worked since the day I set it up.

 

I have followed all the reset steps, done the updates etc... no luck.

 

I have been a loyal customer. I’m totally frustrated with the unresolved tech issues which have clearly been ongoing since the launch. If these issues haven’t already been resolved in over a month...I don’t see them ever being fully resolved.

 

this product is desirable - but with technical issues - I’m definitely not satisfied and am strongly leaning to return the item in the next few days. Such a a bummer.

Please follow all the steps found on page one carefully. If you’re still experiencing notifications issues I would suggest calling Fitbit Customer Service. If you are experiencing any other issues besides notifications please let me know and I will try my best to assist you.

Thank you for the updates! I’ve done all the recommended updates/resets and I haven’t had any success. Text messages are not coming through at all. Phone calls work and some of my calendar events load - but not all of them. Strange.

I’ll try to go through the reboot/reset process again late today and see if I have any luck.

Frustrated but I appreciate your feedback and support!
