How do I reset the notifications, when all of the notifications have been read? I have the red dot on the notification word but I have already checked all of them and for some reason I’m no longer receiving new notifications on the Fitbit app on my iPhone but I do on my watch.
Thanks in advance for all the help!

This has been happening for me since the recent update. I’m also looking for advice.

Hi there @Renie2 @rnturner1, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I would like to help you out with this. When checking your notifications within the Fitbit app, make sure that you scroll all the way to the bottom to ensure that you've read all the notifications.
Also note that you have two tabs at the top for the notifications. One for Notifications and one for Messages. Be sure to check them both and in the case you're still having problems, you can try to log out of the app and log back in and see if this makes any difference.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need more help with this.
PS. I'm moving your post to the iOS app board for categorization purposes.

Moderator: Many people are reporting this issue. It is not that messages have not been read. Something happened to notifications since the last update. It shows a red dot but you cannot see the messages. Then the notification icon turns black. Fitbit needs to fix.

I did try deleting the app then redownloading it and that helped with the red dot problem but I still do not get current notifications on my app just on my watch.

Same issue here, definitely one of the Many issues with the Fitbit app! If battery life wasn’t an issue I’d go back to the Apple Watch

@FerdinandFitbit there are loads of us posting about this same issue which seems to have been caused by the latest app update.
Personally I have made sure everything is read, logged out & restarted my phone before logging back in (several times), and removed and reinstalled the app but it makes no difference.
