Fitbit error 400 while reconnecting ionic

I need hell , my ionic suddenly stopped syncing my heart rate and sleep , when I reset it , now it’s not connecting and keeps showing error 400

i tried reset the watch , the phone , connecting watch to charger , resigning in .: nothing working ... can someone help me. Urgent

Is this error 400 showing up on the phone, or on your Ionic as you explain @Rsbajaj

Same issue.  Customer Support told me it’s a known issue and no eta on fix

Can someone help me ... had a problem with the ionic , when I reset it and tried sync again , the 4 digits come up .. but after that it shows error 400

do I need to get a new watch 

as i am traveling and I can’t even change the watches time without syncing with the phone

So what does a Fitbit user do ..? Keep praying that they somehow miraculously come out with a solution ..I just flew in from japan to thailand .. the watch can’t even change the time without syncing ... it’s a total joke

I think it might be a good idea to contact fitbit, link found in the top right slide out menu

The watch will not change time until it knows that the time hsshchanged. yes tgistwill happen slurring a sync.
