The notification button on my FitBit app isn’t working. When I click on it, nothing happens. I’m trying to get my text messages to sync to my new charge 4. Any suggestions?

Hello @Barbsf Welcome to the community forums! Thank you for the information and for taking the time to report this matter.
This is very odd but I'd suggest you to try uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app. Once this is done, log back into your account and try checking the notifications settings for your Fitbit Charge 4 one more time.
On a side note, I've moved your post to another board to keep our forums organized.

Hello!
I have already done this and it hasn’t made any difference. Just to clarify, I am receiving notifications of text messages and fitbit push notifications on the charge 4 but not whatsapp and Facebook notifications as I had set up with my charge 3. When I go into the app to set this up the notifications button will not progress to the options screen.
Any help would be appreciated

I appreciate your help and thanks for taking the time to report this matter. I'd like to let you know that my team is currently aware of the inconvenience about not able to open the notification settings screen to setup notifications and they are working to identify a resolution.
