Hello Fitbit community,

after I switched from Alta to Charge 3, I noticed that at night with silent mode on, my calls, especially FaceTime calls, won’t show any more. 

 

Calls are always allowed on my phone (even in night mode) and it worked fine with my previous tracker, it would vibrate for calls at night, but not notify me of messages. With the new one, nothing shows. I’ve looked through the entire community but wasn’t able to find a solution as it seems that only Android phones have the setting to always show notifications? I also still have the old app design which is why I don’t have the Today tab yet, so I can’t follow the steps that are usually required to turn notifications on always anyway. Outside of night mode, all notifications show properly. 

 

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Just wanted to stress that this is only about the silent mode on my iPhone that automatically turns on at 10pm and turns off at 7am again. During the day, all notifications show and FaceTime calls are separately toggled “on”. I just can’t find the setting to allow notifications despite night mode.
