Fitbit app keeps opening other app

I've connect Fitbit app with other third party app for accessing weight data. After that, when I want to track a exercise, for example, fitbit will open that weight app instead of exercise tracking function. Even I delete the connection for weight app and re-install fitbit.  Any ideas?

Let me help you with your Fitbit app opening other apps. This is odd. Try logging out from the Fitbit app, restart your phone and log back in.

Thanks for the reply.  It still happens even I log out and reinstall those two apps (fitbit & OKOK international). It starts happening after I upgrade the new version of fitbit with new UI layout last week. I'm using Fitbit 3.1(845) right on os 12.0 on iPhone 6. Let me know if you have further solutions. Thanks.

This is been happening to me too with the app ActivFit which is for my health insurance tracking. It’s driving me crazy! I can’t go and view my run times or anything, it just automatically opens the app when I tap any of the things on Fitbit.

I already delete Fitbit and buy an Apple watch. What can I say?

Mine just stopped doing it one day. It doesn’t do it anymore but I did nothing to fix the problem. Somehow it fixed itself?
