Notifications stop syncing after midnight!

Hello. I have a Versa paired with an iPhone 8 on iOS 12. I have troubleshooted and tried every piece of advice out there, I got a replacement Versa sent to me, I've factory reset my device twice, and still after midnight (not on the dot, just some point in the middle of the night), my Versa stops receiving notifications. Everything is paired, DND is not an issue during the day, when I hold the left button the notification button is still on, i've tried EVERYTHING and nothing works. The only way I've been getting by is by turning off my Versa at night and turning it back on in the morning. However, I would like to start tracking my sleep so if anyone else has had this problem and fixed it please let me know! The Support team is already aware, but it's been a month and no updates. These are the troubleshooting tips I've tried:

this:

"My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone" article

and this:

"

  1. Turn OFF the Notifications in your Fitbit mobile app and on your Versa, reboot your phone and Versa, and turn the notifications back ON on both devices.
  2. Make sure All-day sync, Always Connected and Keep Alive Widget are enabled in the Fitbit mobile app. Make sure to sync after enabling them.
  3. Make sure the notifications are ON on your Versa. Press and hold the left button to access quick menu. Turn the notifications to ON.
  4. In the Fitbit mobile app, make sure you enabled the notifications and that Fitbit notification service is enabled in your phone settings. It needs to be ON. Can you please take a screenshot of Versa notifications settings in the Fitbit mobile app and post it here?
  5. If your phone is in DND or silent mode, make sure Always vibrate option is enabled in your Fitbit mobile app. Also, it's always a good idea to toggle on/off notifications in the Fitbit mobile app with sync in-between.
  6. Make sure that any app you would like to receive notifications for on your Versa has the push notifications priority set to at least HIGH (this can be done in the Android settings>Notifications). Please see my post herefor more info.
  7. Also, please make sure Fitbit mobile app is not being optimized by Android (Android settings>Battery>Optimization>Fitbit needs to be marked as not optimized)."

Hi @SunsetRunner. Welcome back to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for the delay in my response.

Thanks for letting me know about your Versa not receiving notifications, as well for the detailing what steps you've tried prior posting. I'm sorry that you're having this experience, and let's work on this together. Just to clarify, if you mean that your Versa doesn't receive notifications when sleeping, have you made sure to have the notifications enabled during sleep? If not, please swipe from right to left on the Versa, tap on "Settings" and find the option to turn on Notifications During Sleep. In addition to that, please turn off other Bluetooth connections that you have nearby, and make sure to update the Fitbit app with the latest version recently released.

Let me know how it goes.

Hi @LizzyFitbit yes let me clarify. It is not that I don't receive notifications when I sleep. It is that at some point between midnight and the next morning notifications simply stop syncing unless I restart or turn off my Versa or restart my iPhone. other Bluetooth devices are off and my Fitbit app is indeed updated. This problem occurs even if Notifications During Sleep is turned on.
