I have gotten help 2 times from a live chat.  have done all of their troubleshooting suggestions at least 3 times.  Even removed my inspire and started over again.  After trouble shooting I may get one phone or text notification and then it stops working again. I have my inspire paired with my iPhone.  Am very frustrated at this point and ready to give up.
