I got a new versa 3 fitbit after using the versa lite for a couple of years . The ‘notifications‘ button within my app doesnt work , when I press on it to choose which apps to send me notifications on , nothing happens . Anyone else have this issue ? Ive googled possible issues and gone through my bluetooth settings and other forums but still cannot get it to work

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app.
