Why isn’t all of my notifications not clearing from my Fitbit? I have a notification on mine still that won’t go away from Jan 18th. I’ve tired clearing it several time but won’t delete from my Fitbit.

Thanks for letting me know about the notifications not clearing from your Fitbit, and thanks for your efforts while working on this. Our team has received feedback from some users that experienced the same behavior with their Fitbit and they're currently working to bring a fix as quickly as possible. In the meantime, let me suggest to restart your Fitbit and try cleaning the notifications one more time.

I just got my sense and it wont' clear all notifications. have to do them one by one.

Thanks for joining this thread and letting me know about your Sense. I'm sorry for this inconvenience and because your post didn't mention, I'd recommend restarting your watch and tapping Clear All one more time to see if your notifications get removed this time.
