Can’t remove old notifications of my charge 3

Hi @Cesca66. Welcome to the Community.

It's great that you have a Charge 3 and let me help you with your question. To delete one notification from your tracker, swipe down, tap the notification > Clear. To delete all notifications at once, swipe to the top of your notifications and tap Clear All.

Hi

Thank you very much for replying, sorry it is actually a Fitbit 2 I have not 3 lol and yes I have always done it this way but it seems to have one message just sitting there all the time it gives me the option to clear it but it doesn’t clear it just stays there all the time, if I have other messages on there they all clear leaving this one still there 🤷‍:female_sign:

Thanks for letting me know that you have the Charge 2, as well for checking the steps posted above. It's odd that you're having this issue with that specific notification and to correct this misbehavior, let me suggest to perform a restart as described in this help article and let me know how it goes.
