I receive call notifications but not text notifications. I have all my settings on and have tried resetting it but nothing works! iPhone 6s so it's compatible with the Fitbit.

Welcome to the Community @BrookieB. If your tracker is not receiving texts notifications, I recommend following the instructions provided in the My tracker isn't receiving notifications (iOS Fitbit app) post. After these steps please test your device.
