I’m not sure what steps you have already tried because you didn’t mention any but I can suggest to try this:
go to:
iOS Settings > Notifications > Messages > Show Previews > Always (Default)
also iOS settings>notifications>Fitbit> ON
On your iPhone's settings, tap on "Bluetooth".

Best AnswerThank you. I did fail to mention that I followed the steps that Fitbit gave us. I also shut my versa down and then turned it back on. I did this yesterday early evening so we will see if it helps today.
