Number of cheers is incorrect on posts

Although this is a minor issue, I thought I would mention this in case you weren’t already aware of it.

The cheers feature on posts has been having a bit of an issue since the latest update.

It correctly identifies when someone has cheered my posts and sends me a notification. However when looking at the post it is only saying the first two who cheered the post not the total number of cheers received.

for example it is displaying:

person 1. and person 2.

rather than:

person 1. and 6 others.

when I click on this it still shows the full list of people who cheered the post.

This is more of an annoying issue rather than a real problem but it could be a issue for someone else who is viewing the post and wanted to see how many people had cheered the post at a quick glance.

Thanks for explaining what is displayed in the Fitbit app. I know how you're feeling about not seeing the correct number of cheers on your posts. This is odd and since this started happening after updating the Fitbit app, I'd suggest to give a try to the following steps:

1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
3. Reboot your phone.
4. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
5. Go to your profile and check your posts one more time.

If this continues happening, please take a screenshot of what is displayed on the Fitbit app and attach it in your reply. Make sure to cover your friends' name or any other personal information. Additionally, provide me with your phone's model and iOS version.

Turning off the phone seems to have sorted out the problem.

If the problem reoccurs I will repost any updates to this forum thread.
