I just switched from android to iPhone and paired my Versa with the iPhone. I logged into Fitbit, but none of my previous data is showing. I lost years of information. Is there anyway I can retrieve this data?

Thanks for sharing that you've switched from Android to iPhone, and let me help you to get access to your previous account data. Before anything else, I'm wondering if you're totally sure you're not using two different accounts when trying to log into your new phone? This happened to me once when changing of phones. I thought I was logging in with the right account but I wasn't, I put a similar one since the only difference was a letter in between. So, I'm assuming this would be the case and everything will work since your Fitbit device is setup in your new account but your previous data will not be displayed there.
Would you mind verifying this? To do that, please follow these steps:
Trying to verify if this is the original email you used to use with your app. If it isn't, try logging out and logging back in with the correct email address.
Give it a try and let me know how it goes.
