Versa refuses to connect to Bluetooth

I have had issues with my Versa since December. One day it unsynced and now it only irregularly stays synced if it even syncs at all. My phone can never find it, or when it does, it always gives an error. Don’t throw any basic troubleshooting at me. I have tried everything in this forum. There has got to be a way. Someone had better figure this out. I had a Charge HR a couple of years ago that broke apart and hoped for better in this more sturdy-seeming product, but it’s provided me an even more frustrating slew of problems.

Also, I could not even contact customer support through the app, and kept getting told there was an error. If this weren’t such a big company, I’d be suspicious that all of Fitbit is one giant scam.

Hi @sjmcclellan618. Welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for letting me know about the syncing issues experienced with your Versa, as well for trying the troubleshooting steps suggested in the forums. I see where you're coming from as your watch should be able to update your details correctly in the Fitbit app, I'm sorry that you're having this experience. Since you mentioned to have tried everything, could you please confirm if those steps were the ones described in this help article? Also, have you tried removing your watch from the Bluetooth settings and set it up as replacement device?

If you've exhausted those steps, I'd need you to provide me with your iPhone's model and OS version. Also let me know the error message displayed when trying to sync so I can further investigate.

I'll look forward to your response.
