Can we just go back to the old update version of fitbit when it worked properly!!!!

asking for a friend!!!!  
I have sent many treads on the syncing issues that seem to be ignored by the web developers.  I have continued with all your troubleshooting ideas that clearly don’t work. I have iphone8plus with most current update along with my Versa2 is all current on all its updates.

Hi @Lorried  tell your friend the short answer is "no, you can't go back to an older version of the app" and they can come here if they have more questions. The app version we get is the latest one for our particular phone. My old Samsung 4 has a different version of the app than my Samsung 8.
