One won't sync since app update 1st July

My Fitbit one was in perfect working order until around 2pm today when it stopped syncing. I noticed there had been an auto update on the app today so I assume it's that that's messed it up. Have tried turning Bluetooth on and off, forcing app closed, deleted app and reinstalled, deleted Fitbit and now it won't pick it up! Anyone else in the same boat? So frustrating in the middle of a workweek hustle challenge here!!! Thank you

I'd recommend re-pairing your tracker to your account using the replacement setup process mentioned here. This should help you get back on track, but let me know if you have any additional questions.

Unfortunately I've tried to add new device and it just says 'searching' and isn't picking my One up at all?
